Define task domain and schema: project ownership, title/description, status, priority, due date, ordering, timestamps, completion, and archive semantics.

Acceptance criteria:

Migration constraints project ownership/status/priority/date/order invariants.
Typed model and structured validation cover required fields and canonical UTC dates.
Tests cover migration, FK/constraints, ordering/status/priority validation.
make check passes.
