Implement handwritten SQL task CRUD/list/update/complete/archive/order operations with deterministic ordering and project scoping.

Acceptance criteria:

• Context-aware typed errors and optimistic conflict behavior.
• Integration tests cover ownership, ordering, filters, completion, archive, cancellation, isolation.
• make check passes.
