Render project tasks and add inline HTMX creation with full-page fallback.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Deterministic task list, empty state, escaped fields, validation preservation, bounded one-time form tokens.
  • Tests cover create/list/invalid/HTMX and no duplicate creation.
  • make check passes.
