Complete the task UI workflow on project detail.

Acceptance criteria:

Inline/full edit supports validation, escaping, bounded forms, and stale conflicts.
Completion/reopen and archival are explicit POST actions with safe HTMX/full responses and idempotent behavior.
Move up/down ordering is explicit and preserves project scope.
Status, priority, and due-date filters are available and deterministic.
Tests cover each action, filters, errors, duplicate/replay, archived projects, and real DB behavior.
make check passes.
