Add a small dashboard for active projects and due tasks.

Acceptance criteria:

• Dashboard uses existing services, excludes archived items, and has deterministic due ordering.
• Empty/loading/failure states are safe and useful.
• HTML tests cover due boundaries, escaping, and service failures.
• make check passes.
