Add a required canonical Git remote URL to projects.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Schema stores a non-empty validated Git URL with migration/backward-safe handling for existing rows.
  • Domain/service validation accepts HTTPS and SSH Git remotes, rejects unsafe/unsupported schemes and malformed values.
  • Repository, JSON API, HTML create/edit/detail/list, and tests carry the field end to end.
  • Error responses remain safe and stable; make check passes.
