Reshape projects so the Git repository is the sole source of project metadata.

Product decision:

Git URL is the only project input.
Display name is derived from the repository path.
Description comes from the repository README.md.
Status is represented by latest commit metadata; no app status or manual timelines.
Remove project start/due dates and timeline UI.

Acceptance criteria:

Schema/model/repository/service/API/forms no longer require or expose manual description/status/start/due fields.
Existing data migrates safely and Git URL remains stable.
A repository metadata interface has deterministic tests and safe handling for unsupported/unavailable remotes.
Latest commit and README rendering are bounded, escaped/sanitized, and never expose command/error details.
HTML/JSON tests cover derived name, README, latest commit, refresh/failure behavior.
make check passes.
